FAQ

BEFORE YOU CLICK ON THE BUY BUTTON: PLEASE MAKE SURE TO DOUBLE CHECK THE ITEM, COLOR AND SIZE YOU ARE ORDERING.  Sometimes distractions happen and you click on the wrong size or wrong color.  All orders are printed on demand so there are NO REFUNDS unless the item is defective or printing is flawed.  
GENERAL  
Will we be adding more designs and products. Yes.  We will continuously add more eye-rolling PunsterWear products. Make sure you add your name & email to our mailing list so we can notify you of new releases and specials. 
   
What materials are your t-shirts made from?  All of our apparel items come in a variety of content.  From 100% cotton to blends including cotton (combed cotton, ring spun), polyester, viscose, etc.  To see the exact content a specific item is made of, click on the item and scroll down where you will see the percentage of what fiber is used in the description or in the bullet points. 
   
What are the different sizes available, and how do they fit? 

Sizes vary from small (S) to medium (M), large (L), extra-large (XL), including 2XL, 3XL, 4XL & 5XL. This full range of sizes is not available on every item.  Every item shows the sizes and colors available and if you scroll down the page, you will find a sizing guide included.

NOTE:  Please be aware the price might increase slightly depending on what size you select.  Usually, it's the XL and up that will be a couple of dollars more. 

Do you offer different colors for the t-shirts?  We offer a variety of colors which always include the basics like  black, grey, white.
   
Can I customize or upload my own design on a t-shirt?  We are not set up to do customer uploads of their own designs or customization of any kind at this time.  Maybe down the road. BUT, if you are interested in a special order, see details below.
   
Can I add my company logo to one of your products? We can accommodate special orders where for example, add your company logo to one of our designs, we would be happy to give you a quote.  Keep in mind there will be minimums and a 75% deposit required.   
   
Can I preview the designs I select on an item before placing an order? 

All products are displayed with the design showing what it will look like.  Click on another color and the picture with the design will change to that color. All of our designs are printed on the front of all apparel items including tote bags.

(If you scroll down on any item, you can also see what it looks like with someone wearing it).  All drinkware shows the same design printed on opposing sides. Cell phone cases, of course, are printed on the cover. 

   
ORDER PLACEMENT  
Issues placing orders. If for any reason you are unable to place your order or you have experienced any problems with the website whatsoever, please do not hesitate to contact us at:  support@punsterwear.com.

Order status questions:  Use the tracking # emailed to you with your order confirmation. If you need us to resend the confirmation, please send request to support@punsterwear.com

Please note:  Orders processing and shipping times vary by printing location and customer destination. All orders ship within 3-5 days from receipt of paid order.
   
Modifying or changing an order: Since our items are custom produced, modifying or changing your order, whether it be the design, size, color, or shipping address, is only available for about 24 hours after the order was placed.  Still, we cannot guarantee we can catch the order in time to make the change.  We will certainly do our best and advise you.
   
ORDER TRACKING  

Ordering

If you've done any shopping on-line, it's the same process.
1. Click on the item you want to purchase and you will see it show up in the shopping cart. 
2. Click on checkout if you wish to complete your order and pay (checkout).  Or click on the "continue shopping" button to shop for more items.
3. When you have added all the items you wish to purchase in the shopping cart, you can "proceed to checkout". 
4. You will be taken to the checkout page where you will be required to enter your billing & shipping information and choose from a few payment options.

** NOTE: We highly recommend you create an account so when you do place an order, you can log back in at anytime and track the progress of your order.

PLEASE NOTE: This product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Can I track my order?  Yes.  Login to your account and click on your order. You will see the progress of your order. If it has shipped, you will see a tracking # you can click on to get a delivery date. 
   
I never received my order 1. log in to your account, if you have one, and check status of your order. If you have multiple orders, you can search using the order # sent to you in your confirmation email.
 
2. If you don't have an account and checked out as a guest, email the order# sent to you in the confirmation email you received on the day you placed the order to wheresmyorder@punsterwear.com
   
ORDER STATUS  
How to I check status of my order Key points about checking Printful fulfillment status:

• Access through your account on Punsterwear.com.
You can access order details by logging into your account and clicking on orders. 
•  Status updates:
The order status will display the current stage of fulfillment, such as "Being Fulfilled," "Fulfilled," or "Shipped".
•  Tracking information:
Once an order is marked as "Fulfilled," a tracking number will be available to monitor the package's delivery journey. 
   
My tracking number isn’t working. Tracking numbers can take 1-2 days to appear in the shipping carrier's system. If the tracking number is still not working, you can login to your account and verify the tracking number by opening the order you placed.  If you did not open an account and checked out as a guest, please contact us at wheresmyorder@punsterwear.com  with an order# and we will email you the shipping/tracking details.
   
SHIPPING & DELIVERY  
Shipping and Delivery: 

We use flat rate shipping with USPS (US Postal Service).  For orders over $75.00, shipping is free.  Any order less than $75.00, you will see shipping options on the checkout page.  Depending on your selection (Economy, Standard, Express), a flat rate will be charged.  Please note, all three of these modes of shipment are not always available.  Make sure you get your orders in early if buying for the holidays.

As it takes 1-3 days for print your order, shipping will take between 3-8 from day order is shipped and depending on the mode of shipment selected. 

Shipping days quoted do not include Sundays or certain holidays. All flat rate shipping will be processed as USPS Priority Mail. 

   
How long does it take for my order to ship?  All orders generally are printed and shipped within 3 days of receipt of order.  You can login to your account here and see the progress of your order. 
   
What shipping options are available?  There are three modes of shipping available with the clock starting when order leaves the warehouse.  Please note: Not all three modes are available for every order. 

1. Economy - 5-8 business days
2. Standard - 3-4 business days
3. Express - 1-2 business days
   
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS  
Returns and Exchanges All products on this website are printed on demand which means it is essentially a custom order so we do NOT accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect in workmanship. 
   
What is your return policy?  We DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS unless there the item has a proven defect in workmanship or the printing is flawed.  
   
How do I initiate a return or exchange?  We DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS unless there the item has a proven defect in workmanship or the printing is flawed.  If you received your order and there is a proven defect, please contact us for return/exchange instructions.
   
When will I receive a refund for a returned item?  If you return an item with a proven defect or flawed printing, you will receive a refund in full unless you want us to replace the item. Please contact us support@punsterwear.com
   

I’d like to cancel my order.

Since our items are custom produced, we offer order cancellations up until we actually start printing your order. 
To see if your order still qualifies for cancellation, you can log in to your account and see the status of your order. 
As a general rule, if you haven't canceled your order within 24 hours of when you place the order, it will be too late to cancel.  If you placed the order checking out as a guest, and believe you are within the 24 hour cancellation period, immediately send an email to OrderStatus@punsterwear.com with the order# and the phrase "Cancel Order" in the subject.


If you can't find your order#, you can find it in the confirmation email you received when you placed the order.   There you can check the progress of the order.  If it says still processing, please contact us immediately at support@punsterwear.com and put "Cancel order" in the subject.  We will try to cancel the order if possible.  Still, there are no guarantees we can catch the order in time to cancel.

How secure is my information including payment info?  Shopify Payments is one of the most secure payment processors available. Shopify uses 128-bit SSL encryption technology to protect your customers' information during checkout.

Data protection:
Encryption safeguards sensitive payment details like credit card numbers, bank account information, and personal details by converting them into an unreadable format.
Secure transmission:
When a customer enters their payment information on a Shopify store, it is encrypted before being sent to the payment processor, protecting it during transmission.
TLS standard:
Shopify utilizes Transport Layer Security (TLS) as its encryption protocol to secure communication between the customer's browser and the Shopify store.
PCI compliance:
By implementing strong encryption practices, Shopify meets Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) requirements, ensuring the secure handling of cardholder data.
